Greens with Chilli Sauce

Delicious, fresh & crunchy!

Serves 2

Ingredients

3 baby Pak Choi, halved

2 tbsp garlic & chilli sauce

Method

  1. Blanch the pak choi and pat well to day with paper towel.

  2. Mix together the sauce until no longer separated.

  3. Place the pak choi onto serving plates and drizzle with sauce, serve immediatly.
