Warm oats with grapefruit, walnuts & honey

Serves 2

Ingredients

11/2 cup oats

Pinch of salt

1 cup milk, warmed

1 pink or ruby red grapefruit, peeled and sliced

50g walnuts

1/2 cup dried cranberries

3 tbsp honey

extra milk to serve

Method:

  1. Cook the oats, with a pinch of salt, according to packet instructions and then divide between 2 bowls.

  2. Add the warm milk to the cooked oats and top with grapefruit slices, walnuts and cranberries.

  3. To serve: drizzle with honey and add more milk if desired.
