Peaches Peaches!
Crispy & Juicy - These Donut Peaches are so tasty!
Delicious Roast Peaches
Serves 4
Ingredients
400g ready rolled puff pastry, defrosted
4 donut peaches
3 tbsp honey
1 egg, beaten
Icing sugar to dust
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C. Cut the pastry in 4 x 10cm rounds and place onto a lined baking tray.
Halve the peaches and remove the pip, place 2 halves into the centre of each pastry round, leaving a small border around the edge.
Drizzle the honey over the peaches and brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash.
bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and pastry has risen.
To serve: dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
